I do enjoy the pizza at Donato's. I typically have decent service and the food is usually consistently good. So I gave a 4 star for the food and the place is usually fairly clean. However, I am dissatisfied with the service. I tried to place an order over the phone, and it's now automated. So the first thing it says is you can get 2, 1 topping pizzas for 26.99.
