Let's start with standards.. Your a business thats purpose is to make money.. As a customer the first person you run into is the hostess...When the hostess is dressed in dirty wrinkled clothes who has multiple unnatural hair colors and can barley look up from the floor to seat you .well it sets the tone of low standards..
