They use Door Dash which means my pizza always arrives ice cold. I won’t get delivery from this place ever again. I don’t know why I’ve dealt with this multiple times…

What do you do or say as a customer for 20 years ordering the same thin crust pepperoni and bacon with 10 mild wings well done, that the sauce they provided was not “mild sauce”? As a perosn that cannot ear or enjoy spicey food, I know for certain these were not mild wings. What do you do or say as a customer when the store tells you are wrong and the corporation tells you you are wrong?
