Had the buffet. Reservations 8 people 2:30 .Pulled buffet 3:05. No ice Food was terrible. Bunch of kids working. Not their fault. Bunch of frozen Not so good.
Food was below mediocre the Food on the menu for brunch was not served. They had no ice and served warm ice tea and soda even though they had ice for bar drinks they wouldn't give us ice for our soft drinks. Price was high.. one and done for me
This was my first visit to Donato's. We had their limited time buffet. It was delicious! Everything tasted great. The calamari, meatballs, chicken piccata, and tiramisu cups were stand outs. The decor transports you to NYC of the 1950s and 1960s. I highly recommend Donato's and can't wait to come back and try their regular menu.
The appetizers were excellent, my eggplant was just so so. The remaining party did not finish their main course either, sauces not up to par. The new york atmosphere was great and fun. Our waitress was excellent for a party of 13.
