when you make a phone order for pick up and they tell you 30 minuts you get there 40 minuts later and your order is not even in there computer . I will never got to or recommend this store to anyone this is not the first time we have had problems with this store.
This store is HORRIBLE! Said the wait was 1hr 45 min for a sub to be delivered, fine ok I’ll wait. 2hrs 30min later it’s still not delivered..smh I call to cancel the order, store manager said the money will be returned...nope, they still took my money. I will NEVER order from you again!�
We were greated as soon as we entered the restuarant. Counter guy was friendly and pleasant. Took our order and repeated to make sure he got it right. Food came out in a timely manner, was hot and very good. Dinning area was clean but a little chilly.
Please do not order from this store. I called to order pizza for my sons 2nd birthday dinner, and the young man who answered the phone asked me to repeat my address 4 times, and then asked me to repeated my card number several times because he wasn’t paying attention. He had to then put me on hold and get a manager, and when the manager got on the phone he was very rude, and not helpful. When I asked him if my card worked he proceeded to hang up on me. I'm not happy at all I ordered food and did not get my brownies or cookies try calling and no one answered the phone the driver said he was going to come back and didn't I'm a manager at a pizza place that is just poor service � that is not how you treat your customers
Not sure why we haven't received our food yet. Ordered at 11:28 after being on hold for 8 minutes then finally ordered & was hung up on after asked if cash or card. Called back & no one has answered. Terrible service. Will not be ordering from this location again or telling my patrons to order from this location to our bar!

Finally throwing the towel in with donatos I keep trying and trying with them but this store continues to.mess up.ans im.always waiting at least 1 hour and 20 minutes plus for my food in any given day .. I've wait for 1 hour and 13 minutes once and I finally called back and they said omg we forgot to toss it in the oven ik.so sorry so when I said go ahead and cancel that pizza since it was super lage anyways can I have a pizza credited to me and they said no... that was the first time I've haven't them chances to redeem afte... read more
