We went to the Donato's on 86th in Indianapolis and waited around for someone to serve us - after about 20 minutes and going up to the counter to ask for menus, we decided to leave and go to the Fishers location. We got immediate service and Doug did amazing to make sure we were taken care of yesterday. We don't have a Donato's in our area but would love for one to come near us soon. We love this Donato's Location when we travel to the Indianapolis area.

Finally throwing the towel in with donatos I keep trying and trying with them but this store continues to.mess up.ans im.always waiting at least 1 hour and 20 minutes plus for my food in any given day .. I've wait for 1 hour and 13 minutes once and I finally called back and they said omg we forgot to toss it in the oven ik.so sorry so when I said go ahead and cancel that pizza since it was super lage anyways can I have a pizza credited to me and they said no... that was the first time I've haven't them chances to redeem afte... read more
It deserves no stars!!! Well had our 3 year old son and my 77 year old grandmas birthday at donatos today not very happy at all called corporate because the manager told us to leave because another party needed to use the room (THAT I RESEVERED 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME FROM 12-3 for today) my 3 year old didnt get to open his presents and didnt even get to eat cake and we left after buying almost 90 dollars worth of pizza and drinks we will not be going back there ever again. sorry but if you can't even say mozzarella and follow instructions of mushrooms on 1/2, for the second time well there will be no third. The only reason for the One star was for the effort of the cooks they did a great job! as for the young lady up front find another job!
Preston left and it's now a disaster. District manager doesn't care nor does any of the random managers they have filling in. Absolutely horrible service.

Best pizza I have ever had. I will definitely order from here again
I love the mushroom pizza! I also asked them to draw a picture for my 2 year old daughter to color on and sure enough she got a cute little picture! She was so excited when she got the picture and pizza :)
