The staff was friendly, but in my opinion, Dr. Graffino lacks professionalism. She was incredibly disrespectful, essentially calling my 14-year-old son 'dumb' by saying 'they don’t have a brain at age 14 and you were the same at that age.' She told me I shouldn’t ask him about his symptoms because he is a teenager, which is absurd; my son is perfectly capable of describing how he feels. Very knowledgeable and experienced dermatologist. She may seem a bit serious at first, but she truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and always looks for the best treatment options. I really trust her expertise and would definitely recommend her.
This Dr was very nice and listened to me. I didn't feel rushed. She was very informative as well as a sense of humor. Very thorough as well.
Dr Graffino is the sweetest doctor and so helpful and her assistant Jaime is wonderful but front desk is the most nastiest rudest people on earth. every time i call i could never get incontact with anyone and front desk does not help you.i will never return because there front desk are the meanest and nasty people on earth!
