Get my hair right every time
I have visited this salon twice and while I want to love it, there were issues both times. The first was a crochet style, when service was completed it wasn’t to my satisfaction- did not look natural and the braider did cornrows straight back instead of the modern technique that gives you styling versatility. When I realized that I couldn’t do an updo or change the part without tracks showing, the braider told me that I should have told her that I wanted to be able to move my around. I called Donan hair braiding at 11:40am seeing if they had any availability to braid my 2 cousins hair. They took us in at 12:30 because we were pressed for time I couldn’t wash their hair. That wasn’t an issue. They wash and braided my girls hair to perfection and was done before 5. This is now our go to salon. Make sure you sign up for the rewards program for additional promotions and money off. Great work Ladies
