Extremely unprofessional. I called to schedule an appointment and sent a picture of the style I wanted. The appointment was confirmed. I walked in was not greeted which was rude as is, and then only to come to find out they had nobody there that was able to do the style that I sent. Very unprofessional, the person who I spoke with should have informed me that they had nobody that can do the style that I wanted instead I wasted my time coming up there to not get serviced. I had to cancel another appointment last minute and was honestly worried I wouldn’t find anyone available. I called about an hour before closing, and they still answered and were able to fit me in, which I really appreciated. From start to finish, they were so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Not only that, but my braids were done in just two hours and came out amazing. I have always had great experiences here! Everyone is so kind and I plan on making an appointment before Christmas for box braids. They can literally do any style

Went to this specific shop because I was recommended by a friend. Drove an hour from Baltimore to get a style that was completely opposite from the picture I showed Dona , i literally hate my hair so much I wanted to cry. I only give 2 stars because Donna was nice. Other than that I will not return
