Great Service!! Donomarc performed an excellent service for my business. They gave us the most cost effective solutions to a troublesome high volume well. They were courteous, punctual, and I always talked to someone immediately if not within just a few minutes of calling them. I used them for my home system and have enjoyed truly worry free support and use of the equipment and service. Do yourself a favor, call Donamarc.
Buyer Beware When it comes to Donamarc, buyer beware. Despite our spending close to $20,000 with the company, Donamarc refuses to in any way remedy a water problem directly attributable to what was, at best, an error in judgement on their part. More specifically, Donamarc removed an iron filter unit installed in our home (we had just moved into the home), claiming it was not needed to remove the iron from our well water (claiming the water softener would do the job).
