I had a great experience with Donalson this weekend! I went in to move from my small sedan into a family car and Kyle Cofty exceeded our expectations on the sales side. Working with us with price range and our needs. It was a great experience overall from sales to finance. I will definitely be recommending to people I know!
we just moved to Silsbee and needed an oil change . Made an appointment, showed up 10 mins before appt. Did not ask for my information, just my name and if I had been there before which I told them no. Waited 2 hrs while others came and went for their oil change, I had to go up to the service advisor and ask her for my truck. It had been done for a good 30 mins.........needless to say I will be finding somewhere else to service my vehicles and when its time to buy, will not be going to anything with Donalson in the name.
