I'm reading these reviews and thinking the people who wrote them are paid to do so. The staff I deal with are rude. The PA has all the personality of a rock. No that's not right, I expect more from a rock. Their communication with me has been 0, even though I have a condition which requires quite a bit of communication. In the six months I have been going there, I have been disappointed more often than not. I would not go anywhere for care and treatment other than Donaldson Medical Center. The quality of services that I receive here are excellent and I do not believe I would get this kind of treatment anywhere else. Other clinics cannot hold a candle to this one.

I have been a patient of Dr. Donaldson for two and a half years. I have never had longer than a five minute wait time at his office. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
