Outstanding HVAC Installation Experience! We recently had a complete HVAC system installed by Donaldson Heating & Air Conditioning, and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, Jeff, Jace, and Shawn exceeded every expectation we had. Jeff, also known as "Jeff the Comfort Commander," led the project with exceptional professionalism and expertise. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions, making sure we understood every aspect of the installation. Mo... read more
We have been using Donaldson Heating and Air Conditioning for a few years now. They have maintained our HVAC systems and come out quickly whenever we need something fixed. I’ve enjoyed the entire process, from the phone calls to the office (someone actually answers and she’s fantastic!) to the technicians who are knowledgeable and kind. Love supporting local businesses that do excellent work!
My AC was making a terrible noise and then quit, my house got to 80* overnight. 🥵 Donaldson was recommended by a neighbor and Shane was able to come out first thing this morning and get it up and running. He was professional and fair. He didn’t try to sell me a new AC or expensive fix, which I sincerely appreciate. Especially with the insane cost of everything else right now. I am looking forward to a good nights sleep with a nice, cool 70*.I highly recommend this company. It really worked out better than I thought it would... read more
Donaldson Heating and Air Conditioning really saved us this summer with their flexibility, promptness, and kind, personalized service. The technician was knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issue was after the first couple minutes. We had to decide what we were able to do but once we did they were flexible with us and got us taken care of quickly! Our house hasn't felt this cool in a couple years! I recommend them for their quality of service and care for their clients.
Jim and his crew are the best! We are looking forward to the comfort and efficiency of our new system.
