Jim and his crew are the best! We are looking forward to the comfort and efficiency of our new system.
When our AC quit in the heat of summer last year I was lucky enough to find Donaldson. I spoke with Jim, the owner, and had a bid the next day. The bid was a reasonable amount and within a couple of days Shane and his crew had our new unit installed. A big THANKS for the fast response. Our AC and heater has worked great for the past year. I highly recommend Donaldson to anyone with HVAC needs.
Just got a new air/heating system in with new duct work. The guys were amazing and they made sure we had air up and running the same day. Nothing but great things to say about the people and the company. Thank you.
Very pleased with my overall experience and service that we received. Shane was very professional and prompt. He accessed and diagnosed the problem, replaced the part in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend them. Will definitely call them again.
