We had Donald's Company redo our roof after a big hail storm. They replaced our roof and gutters, and they also helped us coordinate repairs and repainting of our fascia and soffits in areas that needed attention while the gutters were off. Everyone who came to our home during the project was very polite and eager to assist with anything we required. This included Tracy's crew, along with the painters and gutter specialists. Brayden was excellent to work with. He guided my husband and me through the whole roofing process smoothly and was very attentive to the timelines. Our roof was completed in just one day! Since it was right before a holiday, Brayden had one of his team members return to use the metallic roller again to ensure everything was safe with the nails. As a parent of two young kids, I really appreciated this extra care. We've had a roof replaced at another home before, and this experience was far better!
