I went in very nervous and scared cause I don't like going to Drs. And I don't like people messing with my eye after my surgery, my eye is very sensitive. Nice beautiful great Dr. He cares about you and will explain why and who what is happening or what is going to happen to you. After going there I wasn't afraid no more. The staff is nice the office is clean and cares about is patients.
Excellent Dr! He cares and listens to his patients. I would recommend this Dr to anyone needing a prosthetic eye or service for the prosthetic eye.
Mr.Klugy and Monica are very nice and professional and do great work it's always a good visit
Unfortunately a very bad experience. I am a 73 year old disabled Veteran. Referred to Donald Kluge from the Jerry L Pettis VA Loma Linda Hospital. My first visit was in February of 2022. Many appointments stretched out to June 2022. The prosthetic eye he made, did not match my good eye, nor did I receive it, nor was I contacted again. Donald Kluge was paid by the VA for his services. But never followed though with my glass eye. I contacted the Patient Advocate at Loma Linda VA Medical Center to file a formal complaint. They ... read more
