Stay away from these guys. They charged my wife $1,500 to snake the toilet while I was away on a business trip. They sold her the story that they had to do so much which was remove the toilet, snake it and put the toilet back. They spent 4 hours total there. I thought it was a lot, so I called the owner and pretended that I was a new customer. I asked how much do you charge to come out and snake the toilet. He said $200 to come out plus $140 per hour. It took two visits to get on the same page with what I wanted done. To reset a toilet, fix the stopper in my tub, figure out why I dont get hot water from the tub spigot and stop a leak in the shower heat cost over 900.00. No hot water from the tub spigot maybe a boiler issue and the house. Still feels like I paid twice to finish what I felt could have been done in 1 visit. But that was my fault for not being explicit enough with what I meant by fix the tub. Not sure I will use them again or not.
