Initially we were satisfied with the company. They came out to estimate and replace the old roof on my parents' house in a timely fashion. However, less than 2 years later, my parents found a large stain in one of the upstairs bedroom. We called this company to report, and they attributed it to the recent big snow storm in 1/2026 and would not do anything about it, despite my husband called and spoke with them twice. Can't recommend highly enough! Did my neighbor's roof so I included him in my request for estimates for skylight replacements. Great estimate, great communications, timely work, high quality, and stuck to his price even though some things changed.
Did a great job, neat and on time and no shrub damage.
I highly recommend these guys for all your roofing needs. Great work crew, and Mr. Waters was great to work with.
Would highly recommend Don Waters for all roofing repairs, maintenance, replacement. He has treated me very fairly at two properties that I own and maintain. He has pointed out possible problems in scoping out a job, and provided solutions as part of his work.
