I was a patient for around 5 years, he was in network and because my pervious physician had passed away I thought I would give him a try. I gave him 5 years and I felt the same if not worse after seeing him. He does not listen to patients. I literally interrupted him and said,' you are not listening to me.' He thinks handing out papers about an issue you are experiencing is better than taking a few minutes to discuss it with you. Accused me of selling my prescription when I simply forgot it on a family vacation. Was conflictive during the visit after and called me a liar because I forgot one of my diaper bags with my medication in it and gave me a drug test and claimed it was to check my UA tract. When really he was testing to see if my medication that I forgot wasn’t in my system. Doesn’t understand honest mistakes and yelled at me.

Dr. Troyer has been my doctor for the better part of 20 years. I think he is excellent in that he is friendly, a good listener, a great information giver, patient, thorough, and timely. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Troyer to anyone seeking a great doctor!
I am always treated well at this practice, both by the staff and also by Dr. Troyer. He has helped me to stay healthy from some serious health conditions and I know I can trust his advice. He is always willing to listen if I have a question and he answers in ways I can easily understand. He cares about me and my family.
