Highly unprofessional. I sued him for his incompetence which cost me $1900 in IRS penalties and won but of course he has no know assets and refuses to pay me. I have reported him to the state licensing board. Do not use him!

What a Joke, DO NOT USE. We went to them thinking we would receive personal CPA attention for our tax needs and it was a serious mistake. He just has one of his staff do the preparation and he "Checks Off" on them which I'm assuming he doesn't do crap. We knew we would owe this year so we did our own run on turbo tax and gave them our numbers hoping they could find something we missed because of their so called "CPA". Would not recommend this CPA – We used this CPA for several years. Service was terrible. Staff is highly unprofessional. Will not return phone calls. When request are submitted in writing they go unanswered. Mr. Stephens is rarely available and requires that you go through his "gatekeeper" (his own words). Unfortunately gatekeeper is very inefficient and was constantly not doing what she was supposed too. Cost us a lot of money on a transaction because of her procrastination.
