Dr. Carter was my ear doctor for years. I had been to 5 ear doctors before him and none of them helped me. He suggested that we take out my tonsils. I have never had an issue since. My husband is now having Vertigo issues an he will be contacting Dr. Carter.

Went in for an ear exam, he spent about 3 minutes examining my ears and then told me to get a hearing test and come back. Had to pay the copay and wait all for that, but it is what it is. The reason for the 1 star is the blatant false billing or potential insurance fraud that was committed billing my insurance. I was only supposed to have to pay my copay and that's all. Well surprise surprise I get a bill in the mail the next week saying my insurance only covered $60 or something like that and I was on the hook for $130+. Af... read more

I have been a patient for 17 years. He and his staff are wonderful. I was lucky to be referred to the best.

I was out of there in less than 10 min and they charged my insurance $461 and I have to pay out of my pocket $277. Please look for another ENT that does not charge ridiculous amounts to your insurance.
