Best doctor. Very caring, compassionate and professional. Great office staff.
Dr Proctor was most pleasant and effectively took care multiple skin cancers to my face with minimal scarring. When Dr Proctor biopsies a dark mole, he consulted with the Moffit Cancer Center, before giving me the results. Moffit recommended surgery. Not only did Dr Proctor successfully remove the melanoma, no follow up was required and 10yrs. later; still no recurrence.
