The guy will rarely communicate with you. He was at my house for maybe 6 minutes and didn’t take into account any updates over the past 4 years that I made to the home plus appreciation. Good luck getting any responses when you question his appraisal.
This appraiser has no people skills, is in a huge rush. He made mistake on first appraisal. He came back to issue final appraisal because renovations were not compete on his first visit. He did not even know what he was coming back to look at. He will not correct the mistake he made, will not respond to me or lender.
