These people are simply the best! – Totally wonderful, totally amazing! Years ago they handled the services for a friend of mine who was in a horrible accident. My friend's family were simply destroyed and Donald Martens handled everything with such care . When my father needed transportation, they were on time, friendly and made the trips comfortable. worst service – is there a way i can rate this 0 stars? the service was very aweful i was supposed to be transported from one hospital to another because that is where i had to have my surgery. i wanted to drive myself, but the hospital called a donald martens ambulance. not only were they 4 hours late, but they were very rude when they finally showed up. they woke me up, and told me to get on the gurney. they didnt't even let me use the bathroom. then they forgot my stuff and refused to turn around and get it. they said the... read more

My favorite paramedics – I have had to use Donald Martens Ambulance a few times to transport my mother back home from Cleveland Clinic after her surgeries. Unfortunatly, some of the reviews below me are right. There are rude employees and old equipment. I felt very uncomfortable with the paramedics they kept sending. Outstanding Services For My Incapacitated Husband – For the past ten years, this company has transported my husband from nursing homes to hospitals numerous times. The drivers are always very cordial to me, and extremely sympathetic in regards to my husband's very sad condition. They are fully equipped with all the necessary medical supplies, and in my opinion, have exceptional training and expertise in handling a loved ones needs.

BAD PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – This company sucks hairy monkey scrotums. Their equpiment is old and outdated. Their employees are incompetent and stupid. You have to wait like 4 hours for them to show up...even in an emergency. They transported my poor little granny last year and hit every single goddamned bump on the way to the hospital. PLEASE use another service if you care about your loved one. I'd rather eat dog feces than ride in the back of a Martens Ambulance under their care!

Worst ambulance service in Cleveland – Use some other ambulance service..I would rate minus one .. They were late for pickup Very rude service anybody would want ... and they are not covered under any Insurance. I wounder How they are in business for this long.... Overall better use other service ...

Use someone else – I would rate their service zero stars. They were contracted to deliver a sick patient, on oxygen, chemo, ect. They had some trouble with the snow and missed the house. Rater than loop around the block and pull in the driveway now that they located the house. they decided to make the patient walk through the snow, up a hill to the house. Horrible! – The quality service is awful. The employess were very rude not only to my mother. We waited for 1 hour past are time of pick up just to be insulted.

Awful! – Donald Martens is probally the last company you would want to use to transport a family member. All equipment on the squads are outdated. The trucks are breaking down constantly and they send the lowest level provider possible on the calls. Even as a last resort I would wait until someone else is able to come. I speak from working here for 2 years. Don't use them!
