Horrible phone call. the lady threw tons of attitude and refused to schedule if I do not pay upfront.
Went to the office for a filling on a tooth that had been hurting. Upon examination the dentist informed me I had two other cavities that were massive and needed taken care of. I was surprised but wanted to get everything squared away because dental health is important. The fillings took a while but I didn’t mind that however; they were poorly molded so they felt out of place (when I mentioned it they said that was normal), two years in the left one fell out and soon after the right one shattered. Dr. Marks has been my personal Dentist since 1977. Dr. Marks is by far one of the most excellent doctors in all of State College. His dedication to his patients is exemplary. Dr. Marks is very gentle, kind and compassionate. Dr. Marks is a perfectionist. All treatment is meticulously preformed. I am a retired root canal specialist living in State College. I am proud to give this superlative complement to my colleague. He deserves it!
Really enjoyed my first time meeting Dr. Marks. He took his time explaining the possible causes of my TMJ. Drove an hour and a half just to see him and he did not disappoint. He is extremely knowledgeable in what he does, more so than any dentist I’ve ever been to IMO. I’m excited to see the results of what he’s recommended for me! :) Also they hygienists and front desk staff are very professional and kind people.
