My advice is to steer clear of this place.
I’ve had great experiences at Centre Smiles. The front office staff, Patty and Julie, are very helpful and friendly. Angela, my hygienist, does an amazing job with my cleaning and gives great advice and recommendations for taking care of my teeth. Dr. Starostik is very professional and thorough for my dental exam.
I have to give an extra star because the actual dentists/technicians were personable and professional. However, I cannot recommend this dentistry with whoever is in charge of billing/scheduling. I was out of the country for nearly the entire month of May and had no cell service, but I emailed with an apology for missing an appointment once I noticed on my calendar. My wife and I were patients of Dr Marks for a few years and more recently Dr Starostic. We always had good experiences with the Dentists, hygienists and staff until today. Since we live an hour away my wife and I usually visit at the same time for our Cleanings and usually take turns going to the back with the same hygienist.
