Dr Pham he was on the wrong career. I appreciate that the doctor is serious in his practice, but he doesn't have to be so serious. I even felt he was inhumane in his treatment of patients. He doesn't study their medical history, he doesn't even know why or who the patient is, he didn't even palpate or examine my problem. I think both the nurses and doctors should offer a warm service, because it almost seems like you're charging them for the consultation. The best Gastrologist ever! Got my Crohn’s disease in remission and has always been attentive, kind and patient
Dr Pham is a wonderful doctor, he takes his time to make sure you receive excellent care and always listens to your care concerns. His staff is also superb. I recommend the practice highly!
The doctor didn't want to discuss my "other" body sensations/symptoms that I now found out go hand in hand with IBS. In my office visit notes, he wrote that I came in complaining about various symptoms but he wrote it in such a way that reading it, you would think the person is a bit nuts. I was so disappointed to see what this doctor really thought about me. I never returned to see him again and I saw another fantastic doctor that diagnosed me with Visceral Hypersensitivity and Fibromyalgia.
