Dr Pham is a wonderful doctor, he takes his time to make sure you receive excellent care and always listens to your care concerns. His staff is also superb. I recommend the practice highly!
The doctor didn't want to discuss my "other" body sensations/symptoms that I now found out go hand in hand with IBS. In my office visit notes, he wrote that I came in complaining about various symptoms but he wrote it in such a way that reading it, you would think the person is a bit nuts. I was so disappointed to see what this doctor really thought about me. I never returned to see him again and I saw another fantastic doctor that diagnosed me with Visceral Hypersensitivity and Fibromyalgia.
Dr. Pham was fantastic! I’ve had GI issues for years and didn’t expect to learn much because most doctors just brush it off, but Dr. Pham took the time to really listen and understand, and then he explained everything thoroughly and so it was easy to understand. We discussed different treatment options and selected the right one for me and clearly outlined next steps and follow up. It was so refreshing to meet a doctor who actually listened and cared!
