Don, unlike many medical professionals, actually listens when you talk with him. I once told him, "I tried not to trust you because you don't have the right initials behind your name, but you keep proving me wrong." I've not found better medical care anywhere. Rated 4 stars only because I don't ever rate "5." Rating 4 encourages continued improvement. Then again, I'm not sure what Don would improve on.
Don takes time to understand his patients. I never want him to retire!
