I saw Dr. Marcus today. I was pleased with my visit. Dr. Took his time and explained treatment. The best part was his office staff Nelly and Sam. They were wonderful! I called yesterday and they fit me in today. Both ladies were very warm and friendly. They were funny and made me feel calm. I just met them and their kindness was very nice.
The best!!!
They don't ever answer the phone when you call. They get basic information wrong like your phone number. Then when you get there your appt is canceled.Very disorganized ditzy people.They canceled two times without notice.
