Great Doctor but terrible scheduler. Waited over 2.5 hours for a 15 minute exam. Not the first time.
I have been a patient of Dr. Levine for 6 years now. He is very thorough and attentive. I also am happy to see the physician assistants at his office. They are all knowledgeable and genuinely concerned. The support staff( including Teresa) at front are always friendly and helpful.
Dr. Levine runs an incredibly efficient office and could not be more attentive, caring and compassionate. His staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and always does their best to fit us into their busy schedule. I feel like one of the family when I go in there either for my own care or that of our three teenage children.
Dr. Levine is very thorough, and highly recommended. I have been his patient for about 7 years now, and found him to be an excellent physician who cares and is always uplifting. His knowledge of care is superior. 5 stars. I am moving away and hope I can find someone half as good.
On 7/21 I called to make an appointment and spoke with Teresa. She confirmed my insurance information and made an appointment for today 8/25 which was the soonest they had. I got there today for my appointment and the receptionist tells me Teresa took down my insurance information incorrectly. So I waited a over a month for nothing, filled out a mountain of paperwork for nothing, and ultimately just left. Somebody there needs to talk to "Teresa".
I love Dr. Levine been going to him for over 10 years. And couldn’t ask for a better doctor. Really knowledgeable and gets to the bottom of things.
He is thorough and you don't feel rushed. Very attentive to your concerns.
Dr. Levine is excellent & professional. He is a trusted doctor in the area. He has a great caring manner and is astute in many areas. His staff is efficient and friendly. Five Stars.
Dr. Levine left me hanging out dry (literally). He stopped a medication (controlled) and didn't have a conversation with me concerning the side effects. I’ve been having severe side effects and thought I needed to go to the ER. Before I left for the ER, I called the doctor’s office and was able to talk with a nurse. I explained the only thing I could think of that was causing my symptoms was the medication I had stopped. She explained all of my symptoms was due to stopping the medication. WOW
