In October of 1985 I had a son born at 24 weeks. He had many problems. The most serious was a brain bleed. Doctor Prolonged put a shunt in his brain at 2 pounds. That boy is now 33 and 6 foot tall 200 pounds married and a college graduate in child social services. The doctor is a little dry but his results speak for themself. In 1985 it was cutting edge. I will forever be in his greatest fan.

I went to Dr. Promo many years ago (1993) after I was diagnosed with an arteriovenous malformation (AVM) in my brain. Though I found out later that he knew Dr. Gary Steinberg, Stanford neurosurgeon who was renowned in removing AVM through surgery, well and knew of his AVM research and esteemed surgical work, Dr. Prolo never informed me about the Stanford Stroke Center or Dr. Steinberg. Dr. Prolo did my first lumbar and cervical fusions many years ago when I was just 38 and 39 years old. He bought me 17 years of pain free back problems but, since then I have had to have more fusions and have developed serious Adhesive Arachnoiditis after an anesthesiologist did a failed epidural steroid injection and went in where I had no epidural space and put blood product directly into my spinal canal in Colorado Springs, CO in 2005.
