Doctor Mangum called me three times (I kept missing his calls) to ensure I was able to better understand my pathology report. I appreciate his knowledge and experience. I look forward to my follow up appointment.
My 1st time going in was March 18 2024, I had insurance and they fixed my issue with my esophagus. It didn't last though. I had to come in again less than a year later, this time(March 14, 2024) I paid out of pocket with no insurance. He told me that he couldn't get the scope down my esophagus all the way which was weird because my esophagus was worse 1 yrs ago. It seems I got screw over for $4300. Seriously not happy with them. Dr. Magnum was great. The colonoscopy was fast and efficient. He took his time to answer all my questions and explained everything in a way that I understood. His follow up with referring me to a surgeon was prompt. I felt cared about and like a priority, which sadly is lacking in the Medical field. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor.
