ZERO STARS! This is absolutely the most unprofessional agency I have ever dealt with. They not only wrote our policy wrong, but they provided inaccurate details (wrong city, wrong phone number, wrong spelling of company name, wrong classification) to the Insurance company. They couldn't figure out how to write the policy because they had never heard of our type of store before! We sell grills and fireplaces; pretty simple.
