Love Kidstation. We changed to this Pediactrics office because of the flexibility of hours and human contact they provide by answering phones. One of the doctors was so supportive to my son who told him that he wanted to be a pediatrician like him, that he allowed my son to shadow him for a summer while he was still in high school ! My son was so inspired that he is pre Med in college! I wil be sad when my kids will be too old to goto this pediatric anymore
the office staff gives u nothing but a hard time when u ask ?s or need something done they are extremely rude. instead of working with there patients they work against and they are beyond rude if it wasn't for the doctors my kids would have be out of there all ready just because of the office staff
Very disappointed in the lack of quality as of late. I left multiple messages without a return call, and the covering Doctor finally admitted she had no idea what I was calling fir and chose not to respond. Doc M was on 'vacation' which turned out to be medical leave due to surgery. Due to this, we lost an insurance appeal and now have to pay Ortho bills of 4000.00 - terribly disappointed.
My problems did not get solved. The on call doctor was confusing and my child is not better from it.
The nurse attention was great and personal. The front desk personal was very good but no nice. The service was fast and the Doctor really nice with my girl. I'm happy and confident with the service. They don't have all the required vaccines for the school. I was referred to a hospital for the tuberculin.
