Place is an absolute joke. Literally been calling for 10 days. 90% of the time nobody picks up and it goes to machine to leave a message. When finally do get a person to pick up, they take some info and promise to get back to you. No idea how these jokers stay in business.
Humiliating experience when I had to get state insurance after separation from my job. I was taken back to the room and made to call member services to verify coverage on speaker phone for an audience. The representative informed them that it’s the PROVIDER’s responsibility to call the provider number to verify coverage and it’s not the patient’s job. Walter Family Dentistry was the best I could have hoped for! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendliest, sweetest receptionists who made me feel comfortable right away. The office itself feels so pleasant and calming. The dentist was skilled, professional, and even had a great sense of humor, which calmed any nervousness I had. I had a failing filling from poor dental work at another office and was in severe pain but not going back to the office that had ruined multiple teeth of mine.
