I am from upstate New York and came to wheeling for work. I needed a dentist and met the Walter family. I was not comfortable going to the dentist, but let me tell you, the care I received there from the receptionist to the doctor and everyone in between was exceptional. They made me feel comfortable, they talked to me all the time explaining to me what was going on with any procedure that they were doing . I always have a great experience and all the staff are so so friendly! Both dentists are awesome and know what they are doing. They always make sure you are comfortable and okay. Their office is clean and they are professional. I never have had a bad experience😁 I highly recommend!

Place is an absolute joke. Literally been calling for 10 days. 90% of the time nobody picks up and it goes to machine to leave a message. When finally do get a person to pick up, they take some info and promise to get back to you. No idea how these jokers stay in business.

Humiliating experience when I had to get state insurance after separation from my job. I was taken back to the room and made to call member services to verify coverage on speaker phone for an audience. The representative informed them that it’s the PROVIDER’s responsibility to call the provider number to verify coverage and it’s not the patient’s job. They also continually bill past insurances that you no longer have and ask the patient to call and inquire start and end times bc they can’t do that themselves. It’s not YOUR c... read more
