Dr. Bacon was able to help me with a spine stimulator implant when I had been given the run around by another pain management specialist. He spent an entire hour with us just listening and going over my previous records.. H e said he would help me that was Thursday evening about 6:30. He gave me an extensive exam and said we would be hearing from them after all the insurance was cleared. We did I was scheduled the next Wed. He is a Godly and caring man. I would trust him with my life.
Dr. Bacon is a doctor beyond belief. He has a true compassion, concern, and caring for his patients. I have been seeing him for 5+ years and he has been a tremendous help in the care of my chronic pain. He has always gone beyond his office treatment for me. He has done research to find different ways or medications to help me with my care.
Dr Bacon is a great Docter. But office environment is bad. You call to to talk to someone you are put on hold, no one know what they are doing. Been calling every day, to get the run around. Talk to office manger, she was rude. Don't expect to be helped for sure. 5 days on waiting on authorized. Called everyday, no one wants to help. Called today , to be told it was the corporate office in Dallas...... Duh my office is in San Antonio. What's up with that!. they don't give names
I have been going to Dr Bacon for over 20 yrs. I have to drive over 300 miles one way & I can tell you he is a wonderful Dr. He cares about every patient that walks through the door. I tried Texas Tech Unv. Pain Mgmt, but they nearly killed me doing unnecessary procedures. Dr Bacon started with simple, but affective treatment. He's worth seeing.
Been a patient for over 10 years and he is a great man & doctor. His bed side manner is good and if u r scared he will help you calm down before going in for your procedure. Don't be afraid to ask questions he wants you to understand what is going on with your body as well as he does.
I have been trying to schedule an appointment for two weeks. Every time I call they take a message. No one has ever called me back. The receptionist stated that they are short staff and very busy! Very unprofessional!
I saw Dr. Bacon years ago to manage my migraines. He is an excellent doctor who keeps up with the newest information in his field and is very kind and compassionate with people who have pain issues. He helped me through a very difficult time and never gave up. I am very grateful that there are doctors like him.
All I can say If it wasn't for Dr. Bacon I probably wouldn't be able to work. He has helped control my pain so I can have a normal life!!
Dr Bacon is a knowledgable doctor not afraid to employ less invasive techniques to pain management. He isolates the problem quickly and offers a variety of potential solutions to aid the patient based on what they feel most comfortable with. Unfortunately, some of his staff does not meet his professional standard. I have never felt bullied or intimidated at a doctors office in 55 years until I met Dr. Bacon's head nurse practitioner. Warning: don't cross her or you will pay the price!
