This is one of the most unpredictable and unprofessional business ive ever had to deal with. I had to report then to the better business, because they changed they number and address on me. Would not give me any information. Then turned around and said that they dont know who i am after i had paid them over 100 dollars. If you get anything with mail from this company. Please verify with the collection start, as in who it comes from not them.

Okay I just got a letter saying I have a bill for 92$ for a Beaumont lab charge. I called and made a 30 dollar payment. It didn’t go through so I get a call from the office saying it didn’t go through so they will only charge 73 dollars??? What law office gives discounts on bills that haven’t been paid?! If anything the bill would increase so that threw up a red flag right there. Not to mention the faded single sheet of paper sent by this “law office”. JUST PAY THE ORIGINAL DEBTORS not this so called bill collector.

Some elderly man with a smoker's cough kept trying to grope me in the bathroom. He repeatedly said he was in a band called "twister" but I have never heard of them. I will never be using this law office again! I reccomend they kick the weirdo gang members out of their building.

I have received multiple letters from this office saying I owe a debt of 75.00 for Michigan Urgent Care. I haven’t been to urgent care since 2017 and have taken care of any balances I owe them with urgent care itself. Today when I received another letter saying I still owe a debt, I contacted urgent care directly because I had a confirmation number from the last time I paid on this account.
