Donald received deposit $15 for the the services to be implemented in full on 8/03. for about 2 hours and cost about $120. I was late for less than 10 min. However, Donald rudely refused to provide the services promised and even refused to reschedule it or assign another worker to do it. So, the services were not delivered, his behavior was rude and unprofessional. The amount I dispute is not substantial for me, but Donald deserves no one cent but lose his license,

I travel a lot and am always looking for a last minute appointment since I don’t live in North Carolina. I’ve had s beard for years and finally have a routine that works so am always afraid to make changes. I already use other Baxter so wanted to try their beard oil and I’m glad I did. First of all, it smells amazing! It also feels great on my skin and after using for a couple weeks I can tell my beard is much softer. I’m definitely going to keep using Baxter Beard oil!! Donald is hands down one of the best artists in town, a term I would use over stylist because what he does is truly an art form. He took his time providing a lot of background information on what I need done and was very patient and sweet answering all of the dumb questions I had, plus he was so enjoyable to talk to throughout the procedure (not the annoying forced type of conversations. The salon was very clean, his staff was very professional and most importantly I was relaxed the whole time. I love this company!

Donald has helped me grow my hair back long and healthy after years of chemical damage. He cuts it so it lays with style, which is quite impressive.
