The receptionist is openly hostile and difficult to deal with.
Dr. Benz spends the time to get to know you and makes sure you understand your health issues. He explains his diagnosis in laymans terms so you get it. I have never spent more then 10 minutes in his waiting room ( usually around 5 mins ) and he is prompt getting to you once you are taken to a room. He doesn't over-schedule patients like many other Dr.'s do wasting your time just to keep his schedule full. He has called me in the evenings to discuss things so I know he cares about his patients.
