Dr. Zalucky is, without question, the best dentist I have ever been to. He does not encourage aggressive unnecessary procedures. He explains everything in detail, answers all my questions. He and his staff make me feel at ease and welcome every time I'm there. They even take the time to answer my questions when I call his office. I have never had any problems after a procedure. He is the only dentist that has ever followed-up after he has worked on my teeth. I feel blessed to have Dr. Zalucky taking care of my dental needs. ... read more
Dr. Z is a hidden gem for those who've spent years in the dentist's chair from rough genetics, or those who work in the service industry or who need to smile. From the day I (accidentally actually) made an appt w/ his old office, I finally found "my dentist" and practice. People talk about "Bedside manor", they talk about "catering to fears".. Dr. Zalucky always makes me feel comfortable going to his office and fully explains the procedure to me. He is thorough, patient, and kind. It is a wonder to be able to laugh and enjoy a visit to the dentist.
I've seen Dr. Zalucky for at least 30 years starting as a child. I am now a mother of 4 and they see him as well. They are the kindest, most compassionate, patient group of people you will meet in the industry. My husband needed some serious urgent care beyond our insurance coverage and Dr. Zalucky was not concerned about receiving the money, but rather that my husband needed this work done regardless. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I love that they are always more than happy to answer any questions, and actually welcome questions. The office staff is friendly and happy to answer any questions. I found a parking spot right away and the spots were close to the entrance. AFterwards I sat by the river outside his building for a bit and watched the ducks. It's very peaceful and a nice place to relax. There are even a few picnic tables if you want to sit and relax and have a cool drink in the summer.
