I didn't use this business, but when I was going up 78 in PA Friday and had a ridiculous encounter with a driver. I was stuck behind a slow moving car and the driver felt I was to blame. I'm sure because I was from TN and southerners don't know how to drive. However I am quite capable of hanging with traffic it was the car in front of me not...
