Their customer service and house plans are outstanding. Their staff really takes an interest in helping you find your perfect house plan.
My clients purchased a set of plans from them, and they were told no modifications could be done after the fact. These plans do not meet code for our region, and the request was made for the code changes and my clients were denied the changes.
