I ordered flowers for a friend’s funeral. Within hours, I received an email from them informing me that my order had been cancelled (with unknown reason) and would refund me. Couple weeks later, the charge still appeared in my charge card statement but no refund!

I was disappointed with the bouquet that my friend received for her birthday. The bouquet that she received had fresh flowers and seemed ok but was not what I ordered. They did not place lavender colored roses in the bouquet and they filled it with cheaper flowers to fill it. I don’t think I would use this florist again. The price of the bouquet was very steep but the bouquet looked like something I could have bought at a grocery store.

The order I placed looked nothing like what was delivered. I would of liked a call to confirm that the arrangement I ordered was not going to look the same and I would have chosen something else. I called and it was stated that sunflowers weren't available and an arrangement was made that I was not thrilled with. I quick call to the customer could of helped, I won't order here again.
