Made an appointment as early as possible for same day emergency care for my husband who was home from work due to his back pain and upon making the appointment I had specifically mentioned our type of insurance and then waited five hours to go to the appointment, just for them to tell my husband they don't take our insurance. VERY frustrating to not have been told this when we called.
