Extremely disappointed with the service. I had scheduled a virtual appointment for my mother at 2:45 PM. When no one had contacted us by 3:10 PM, I called the office and was told the appointment window was between 2:45 and 5 PM. We waited until 5 PM, but no one ever called. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we've experienced poor attention from this doctor’s office.
