Helpful and maintain property very well. (trash, parking lot, lighting, decor flags, florals, landscaping, etc.)
Always helpful and I must add they do a great job keeping our Cross Pointe Center buzzing with fellow tenants. Professional and courteous too.
They will keep part if not all your deposit! Example, they installed new carpet and it didn't sit well in the door frame on a concrete slab. So as it wore down from opening closing doors it was some how our fault and they took some deposit. We cleaned the gutters, they said we did not took some deposit.... Do not trust them they will take your deposit!
