Everyone we dealt with at Don Wood was great. Would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
They have had our vehicle for several weeks at a time to work on it, and it still does not run properly. Parts are literally falling off of it driving down the road. We basically have not had our vehicle since we bought it.
Horrible experience. Never buying a truck from here ever again.
I really wanted to give them a five star review but… It’s always difficult to find someone to work on your vehicle when traveling. Don Wood CDJR made it easy. Heather was great to deal with - great communication and follow through. Paul provided me a great service with taking me back and forth to the campground. They did what was asked and had the vehicle back to me when promised. Although the labor cost was inline, they marked the parts up 50%-80%!
