We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and unfortunately had a misunderstanding with a salesperson over some mechanical issues the vehicle was having. Management is taking care of us and we are happy with this dealership and their willingness to stand behind their customers and their sales.
Terrible dealership. Lied to us about why engine lights were on when we purchased vehicle. We got the vehicle home and found so many problems. Don wood refuses to take ownership for the repairs. Will not respond to our attempts to contact them and rectify the situation. Would not recommend this “reputable” dealership.
