We had brought our jeep compass in for a few repairs, replace parts. All under warranty. The ladies at the front desk Heather & Jess were great. This appt was going to take 4 hours. Down a car we were stuck. They were kind enough to drop us off at the flea market down the street and pick us up. That type of service is not heard of to often. They do have a place to sit with vending machines and tv for shorter appts. I highly recommend bringing or buying your vehicles here. Its a terrific place.
Took jeep into donwood Chrysler for service.they got our vehicle in early and was able to resolve our issue with the vehicle we are now back on the road thank u heather and Jess.
Purchased a 2026 Ram 2500 in February with the agreement they would put remote start in when they got the equipment. I have contacted them several times and they keep putting me off. Would not recommend negotiating with the sales team on anything that takes place after purchase.
Our salesman Nate was good to talk and work with however when looking and used vehicle the sales manager seems very used car salesman type of person.
Allen Mccloud was fantastic! Changed my mind on the color last-minute, and he was happy to make it happen. We will come back to Don Wood for our next new vehicle without a doubt. Best team ever. You can tell they are all dedicated to superb customer service.
