She is friendly, has a delightful disposition and a ready wit and humor. Rick Hughes, technician, arrived at a correct diagnosis of the problem and oversaw and performed the necessary repairs. All work was performed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I left feeling confident that the work had been done competently and correctly.
