We have had a jeep grand Cherokee prior to the one we have now and loved it. This one is terrible and doesn’t go in the snow like it should so my husband asked the mechanic to watch in the snow because they say nothing is wrong with it. While watching my husband a comment was made by the clerk in service and mechanic. That if my husband gets stuck he wasn’t pulling him out and she said I am with you. I am sorry but what happened to the customer comes first? How rude was that and we aren’t happy. Be grateful for one star.
Who wood? I wood! By far one of the most enjoyable buying expierences. The whole sales team up to ownership were great. I purchase vehicles often all over the country and this was clearly #1. Nice professional individuals. I plan to be back to repeat.
