Excellent quality, great service – Half our home is furnished with furniture from Don Willis. We love the fact that we're supporting local family business (Don Willis Furniture) and local builders too.
Buyer Beware – Having purchased several pieces of furniture from Don Willis in the past, we felt comfortable ordering and paying in full for a tv cabinet 1/5/08. We have yet to see it and are getting nothing but runaround. First they ordered the wrong sku, then had the nerve to offer 20% off that piece. Five weeks after re-ordering the correct sku, the piece 'missed the truck'. It's now been 3.5 months and no cabinet. It appears Don Willis Furniture has no need to keep good customers.
