Vehicle with transmission issues was with them for one whole month, with the dealership blaming defective parts. Communication from the staff was always an issue. They promised my vehicle would be fixed and then wouldn't call to let me know that it was not. I spoke to the ******* *******, Stan, who became indignant with me as well. The cashier was rude! Don’t waste your time on utilizing your MoPar warranty at this dealership/service center. Took my newly purchased pre-owned vehicle here MULTIPLE times with trans-axle and transmission issues after Nissan directly stated there were tremendous issues in the transmission performance. First go around, no fix, nissan dealer paid their ** $195 diagnostic fee… (2 different times). Took it again after being specifically told by Nissan to take it there for a third check…still nothing. The lack of respect for their customers and unprofessionalism is appalling, especially for a dealership. Ever since I got my jeep renegade, I have taken it to dealership for oil changes and any other issues because my expectation is that dealerships are more thorough when dealing with cars. However, that is not the case with this dealership. I brought my jeep in for an oil change and also for them to check my windshield wipers. This company is the worst. I took my Van to get service for a check engine light. They had it for a month and the Van was still under warranty. The only way I could get them to move is to pop up at the store. Jessica G. and Stan C. are not good customer service people it's been nothing but attitude and disrespect. Instead of them fixing the problem I bought the Van in for they decided to charge me out of pocket for things that was not going to fix my problem. I came into the dealership in December of 2021 because my check engine light came on. The dealership had my vehicle for over two weeks and didn't follow up with me on exactly what was wrong with my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was under the mileage on my warranty at the time by 100+ miles. They did not fix the issue on my Jeep when I came to pick it up, my check engine light came on the following day while I was driving out of town. i have been looking for a new vehicle for several months and stopped in to don whites on sat sept 28 to test drive a wrangler as it was one of the vehicles i was interested in, i had a certificate for a 50.00 gift card that i printed directly from their website, i took the test drive and really liked the vehicle and was very interested in it as well as a 4 runner. there was some confusion on the gift card policy as i had redeemed a test drive gift card with a totally different dealer a month before. me and my salesman worked... read more

AVOID AT All COST!!!READ THIS! I traveled from out of state, spent 32,000 dollars to buy a pre certified vehicle with 6,200 miles from them. Within 72 hrs I notice major problems and took to the closet Jeep dealership from where I was at. They found numerous problems with the vehicle: Rear main seal leak Damaged front driveshaft Multiple u joints needed to be replaced. After discussing his issue with the dealer he took it too; we found that they determined that the failure was due to physical damage. Mr. *********** purchase this vehicle pre-owned form us close to three years ago and has put over 30,000 miles on it since his original concern.
