I really hate to write my review of Don Yawn when the problem is his son, Caleb Yawn. He came to my property in October 2022 to review my blueprints and help my husband and I build our forever home. I haven't seen him since. He took my blueprints and was going to go get some pricing together. Originally it took a month to get him to even respond to an email, text, or phone call before he showed up. I should have expected him to be unresponsive based on that behavior.
