Outstanding dealership!! I was fighting a problem with my truck for over a year. Shop after shop could not figure out my problems. Don Vance had it for a day and figured it out. Ryan in the service department went above and beyond to make sure my truck got fixed correctly.
Had an issue with my 2024 Ram 2500 Diesel On the road to Wisconsin. They were gracious to squeeze me in and downloaded a software update and got me on my way. My next vehicle will be purchased there!
I would be careful doing business with this dealership. I had an agreement on a vehicle then they sold it out from under me. They pushed me to confirm the agreement then all of a sudden they had another customer buying this vehicle. They never asked for a deposit, I would have gladly put one down. I would have paid for it. Just don't understand treating a customer that way.
In 2021 my husband and I bought a new Jeep from Don Vance. Experience at that time was great! And then, everything started to go down hill. In 2023 we decided to buy a truck. We live over a hour from Don Vance and found a used truck online that we liked. My husband called and spoke with a sales man who assured my husband there was not any rust on the truck, we decided to go check it out because it was exactly what we were looking for, get there, and low and behold, the whole underneath was rusted out.
