I was looked after by Chris Luk at Don Valley North Hyundai and he made everything seamless and easy — really helpful from start to finish. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I chose this location even though it isn’t close to home because the service here is consistently exceptional. The place is clean and new, so waiting for my service was actually relaxing. My "check engine" light came on my new Santa Fe early December 2025, after investigation by the service personnel was told need an EGR replacement with bunch of other related parts, it was no cost for me as it was still under warranty, was told someone will contact me once all the parts received, december went by and did not receive any calls, in January I started calling every day to check if parts were available, the person who answers the call will always tells me that he will leave a note for someone to call me back, wen... read more
So grateful I came to this Hyundai service center and was able to meet Rory. As a new car owner I've been really overwhelmed learning about the mechanics. I bought a used car and could hear a funny noise, brought it in and Rory and his team were able to diagnose the issues right away.
